Bleaching Teeth Hydrogen Peroxide Baking Soda

There is a way to whiten teeth today, use hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Hydrogen peroxide has the ability to oxidize, which can remove stains on teeth; baking soda is alkaline, which can help clean and smooth teeth.

Mix hydrogen peroxide and baking soda in a suitable ratio, usually a small amount of hydrogen peroxide, and an appropriate amount of baking soda. Then dip a soft-bristled toothbrush into the mixture, gently brush it on the teeth, and be careful not to touch the gums, so as not to hurt them. Brush for about three minutes, and then rinse with water.

However, this method also needs to be cautious. First, the frequency should not be too high, once or twice a week is appropriate, otherwise it will easily damage the enamel. Second, if the teeth are already sensitive or the gums are diseased, it is advisable to consult a doctor first, otherwise the discomfort may be exacerbated.

In this way, if you follow this method, you may get white teeth. However, it takes a long time and caution to achieve optimum results without damaging dental health.
