Canker Sore Rinse Hydrogen Peroxide

Gargling with hydrogen peroxide to treat oral ulcers
Oral ulcers are often oral diseases and are disturbing. Today there is a way to gargle with hydrogen peroxide, or solve this problem.

Hydrogen peroxide has the ability to disinfect and sterilize. When it comes to oral ulcers, gargling with it can remove the bacteria that grow in the mouth to prevent the infection from worsening.

The method of use requires an appropriate amount of dilution of hydrogen peroxide first. Because of its high concentration of the stock solution, if used directly, it may hurt the oral mucosa. Mix warm water and hydrogen peroxide in an appropriate proportion, usually one part of hydrogen peroxide with several parts of warm water, and stir well.

When rinsing, add this diluent to the mouth, slowly agitate the cheeks, so that the liquid fully contacts all parts of the mouth, including the ulcer, keep it for a while, and then spit it out. Several times a day, depending on the severity of the ulcer.

If you rinse your mouth with this, you should also pay attention. If there is a strong tingling sensation in the mouth during the rinsing process, or other discomfort occurs, you should stop immediately and rinse your mouth with water many times, and consult a doctor if necessary. And do not rinse your mouth with high concentration of hydrogen peroxide frequently for a long time, so as not to destroy the normal flora balance in the mouth. Persistent rinsing in this way may help oral ulcers heal as soon as possible and make your mouth feel comfortable.
