Clear Sinuses Hydrogen Peroxide

The Method of Cleaning the Sinuses with Hydrogen Peroxide
Those who want to clear the sinuses with hydrogen peroxide should know the method and principle. Prepare an appropriate amount of hydrogen peroxide first, preferably those with pure and appropriate concentration. As the saying goes, dilute hydrogen peroxide can be used to prevent severe damage to the tissues in the sinuses.

Take an appliance, or use a medical nasal drip, or a special nasal rinser. Slowly inject an appropriate amount of dilute hydrogen peroxide into the appliance.

The person is sitting with the head tilted slightly forward so that one nostril faces up. Gently place the head of the nasal drip or rinser on the edge of the nostril facing up, not too deep to prevent nasal injury. Slowly squeeze the appliance to allow the hydrogen peroxide to flow slowly into the nasal cavity. At this time, you should open your mouth to breathe, do not hold your breath, and let the hydrogen peroxide flow in from the side of the nasal cavity, through the sinuses, and out of the other side of the nostril or mouth. Repeat this several times to clean the side of the sinus.

Change the other nostril and follow the previous method. After the operation, rinse your mouth with water to remove the odor in your mouth.

However, it should be noted that although hydrogen peroxide can clear the sinuses, it should not be used too often to prevent damage and the normal physiological environment of the sinuses. If the sinus is serious, when seeking medical treatment, follow the doctor's advice, and do not rely solely on the method of hydrogen peroxide.
