Covalent Bond Hydrogen Oxygen

The source of water
The ancient wisdom, the study of the principle of all things, in the structure of water, quite a lot of thought. Water, the source of life, its pure quality, is the basis of all biochemistry.

The formation of water is related to hydrogen and oxygen. Hydrogen is light and lively, and often wants to combine with other things; oxygen is more stable, but when it encounters hydrogen, it can also respond. When the two meet, they form a covalent bond.

Covalent, not forced, but coordinated and shared electrons. The electrons of hydrogen and the electrons of oxygen attract each other and circle each other around the nucleus to build a stable state. Hydrogen has one electron, and it wants to be even and safe; oxygen has six outer electrons, hoping to get two electrons to form eight corners of stability. It is a molecule of water formed by two hydrogen atoms carrying one electron each and coordinating with the electron of one oxygen atom.

The covalent bond between hydrogen and oxygen maintains the shape and properties of water. Because of the covalent solid, water is a liquid at room temperature, with a certain boiling point and melting point. And the force of this bond makes water soluble in many substances, making it a good medium for biochemical reactions.

Watching nature, rivers, lakes and seas are all water. And its microscopic structure, the covalent hydrogen and oxygen, is the wonder of creation. This mystery, although over the years, more and more research and more clear, for future generations to know the basis of all things, open endless thinking.
