Difference Nuclear And Hydrogen Bomb

Today, there is a difference between nuclear and hydrogen bombs. Nuclear people rely on the energy of nuclear fission. During fission, heavy nuclei split into light nuclei and release great energy. Its raw materials are often uranium, plutonium, etc. This change is controllable, and nuclear power plants rely on it for power supply; if it is uncontrollable, it will become a nuclear explosion.

Hydrogen bombs rely on the power of nuclear fusion. During fusion, light nuclei converge into heavy nuclei and release energy at the same time. The required raw materials such as deuterium and tritium are mostly stored in the sea. However, fusion requires extremely high temperature and high pressure, and it is often caused by nuclear explosion.

Therefore, nuclear and hydrogen bombs are different. First, nuclear fission is used, and hydrogen bombs are used for fusion; second, the power of hydrogen bomb explosion is far greater than nuclear explosion. The nuclear explosive power is huge, but the power of the hydrogen bomb is several times or even dozens of times. Although both originate from nuclear energy, the mechanism and power are different.
