Dog Skunked No Hydrogen Peroxide Alternatives
An alternative to a dog being attacked by a skunk without hydrogen peroxide
Recently, my dog encountered a skunk, which smelled bad, and there was no hydrogen peroxide at home to dissolve its odor. Then look for an alternative way to get rid of the dog's body foul gas.
Or you can mix white vinegar with water in a certain proportion, dip a cloth in this liquid, and wipe the dog's body lightly. White vinegar has the ability to remove odor, which can slightly reduce the stench left by the skunk.
Smelling baking soda again is also a good strategy. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of baking soda on the dog's fur, gently rub it, and wash it off with water after a while. Baking soda can neutralize the odor and make the dog's body odor gradually normal.
Another way is to use lemon juice. Lemon is rich in acidic ingredients, and its fragrance can mask odor. Squeeze lemon juice, add an appropriate amount of water, and spray it on the dog's body, which also has the effect of deodorizing.
Although there is no hydrogen peroxide, this method can remove odor for dogs, hoping to help dogs get rid of odor troubles and return to freshness.
