How To Mix Borax And Hydrogen Peroxide

The method of mixing borax and hydrogen peroxide
Borax is also a mineral, hydrogen peroxide, and a strong oxidizer. Mixing the two should be followed.

Prepare a clean device first, with a moderate size, preferably glass or ceramics, to avoid metal devices, lest it catalyze the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide.

Take an appropriate amount of borax and grind it into a fine powder. If it is dusty, it will be easy to dissolve. Then slowly pour in an appropriate amount of water and stir it until the borax is completely dissolved to obtain a clear solution.

At the same time, take hydrogen peroxide and slowly add it to the borax solution according to the required ratio. Add time slowly, while stirring, to make the two smooth. When stirring, use moderate force, do not overdo it, so as to avoid excessive decomposition of hydrogen peroxide.

When mixing, pay attention to the surrounding environment, avoid heat and open flames to ensure safety. And the mixed liquid should be used as needed, do not leave it for a long time, because of its active chemical properties, it is easy to change for a long time. In this way, a mixture of borax and hydrogen peroxide can be obtained.
