Hydrogen Electron Configuration

Hydrogen is the base of the element. Its electron arrangement, a single electron, revolves around the nucleus. This electron is at the lowest energy level and occupies a 1s orbit.

The nature of hydrogen is very active. When it encounters oxygen, it burns and melts into water. The electrons transfer from hydrogen to oxygen, and the covalent bond is formed.

In chemical reactions, the electrons of hydrogen are often the cause. Either lose electrons to form ions, or share them with other atoms. This is because the outer electrons are not complete and strive for stability.

Looking at the electron arrangement of hydrogen, we can know its position in the chemical world. Although the body is tiny, it has a great effect, which is an important angle for all kinds of reactions and cannot be ignored.
