Hydrogen Peroxide Dog Skunk

In recent times, some dogs have been attacked by skunks, and their bodies are stained with a foul odor, which is unbearable. To get rid of their odor, you can use the method of hydrogen peroxide.

Prepare an appropriate amount of hydrogen peroxide first, supplemented by a little baking soda, and then add a few drops of detergent. Mix these three in one place and stir them slowly to make sure they are even.

Then, stabilize the dog and apply the mixed liquid lightly to its body, especially in areas with heavy stench, such as the head, face, back, tail, etc. When applying, be careful not to let the liquid into the eyes, ears, and mouth of the dog.

After applying, wait for a while, about fifteen minutes, and rinse the dog's body with warm water until no mixture remains.

In this way, the odor of the dog's body can gradually disappear. However, hydrogen peroxide is oxidizing, and although it can deodorize, it should not be used frequently to avoid damaging the dog's fur. Those who do this should be cautious to protect the dog's health.
