Make 3 Solution Hydrogen Peroxide

Method for making a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution
If you want to make a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, you need to explain the method, which is listed below.

First equipment and materials. Pure hydrogen peroxide stock solution is required, and its concentration is higher, usually 35% or higher. A measuring device, such as a measuring cylinder, is required to accurately measure the amount of liquid. A clean container, such as a glass bottle, is also required to hold the prepared solution.

The second time is measured. Calculated in proportion, if you want to make a certain amount of 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, such as 100 ml, the amount of high-concentration hydrogen peroxide stock solution required should be calculated according to the formula. With 35% hydrogen peroxide stock solution, it is calculated that about 8.6 ml is required. Take the amount of stock solution carefully with a measuring cylinder and pour it into a clean glass bottle.

Then take water and dilute it. It is appropriate to use distilled water, and also use a measuring cylinder to measure an appropriate amount of water. Following the above example, take 91 to 4 milliliters of distilled water, slowly inject it into the bottle containing the hydrogen peroxide stock solution, and gently shake the glass bottle in between to mix the two thoroughly.

In this way, a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution is obtained. After preparation, the solution should be properly stored in a cool and dark place to prevent it from decomposing, and it should be checked again before use to ensure that its concentration and properties have not changed.
