Make Your Own Hydrogen
The method of making hydrogen
If you want to make hydrogen, there are many things that are feasible. In the past, there were people who used active metals and acids. Choose a few zinc particles, put them in a clean container, and slowly inject dilute sulfuric acid. When the two meet, a chemical reaction occurs, and zinc and sulfuric acid react to release hydrogen. Its shape is like a bubble gushing out, and it rises lightly.
Or use a sodium hydroxide solution and an aluminum sheet. Take an appropriate amount of sodium hydroxide, dissolve it in water to prepare a solution, and put it into an aluminum sheet. This reaction also generates hydrogen gas at a considerable rate. When operating, you need to be careful, because sodium hydroxide is corrosive.
There are also people who borrow electrolysis methods. Prepare an electrolysis device, use salt water as the electrolyte, and pass on direct current. At the anode, chloride ions lose electrons and escape into chlorine gas; above the cathode, hydrogen ions gain electrons and become hydrogen gas. Although this path is slightly more complicated, it can be precisely controlled.
All these numbers can make hydrogen. However, when operating, pay attention to safety. Hydrogen is flammable and explosive, stay away from fire sources, and be careful.
