Spray Hydrogen Peroxide on Carpet
The method of spraying hydrogen peroxide on the carpet
If you want to clean the carpet, or consider applying hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide has the ability to clean and disinfect, and it may be useful for carpet cleaning.
When applying hydrogen peroxide to carpets, choose the appropriate concentration first. Common medical hydrogen peroxide, with a concentration of about 3%, may be applicable for carpet cleaning. However, if the concentration is too high, it may damage the carpet material and cause it to fade, become brittle, etc.
When using it, it is advisable to take a small amount of hydrogen peroxide first and try it in a hidden place of the carpet. Check if it has any adverse reactions such as discoloration and fluffing. If there is no abnormality, it can be done.
Use a sprayer to fill hydrogen peroxide and spray it evenly on the stains of the carpet. When spraying, it is appropriate to control the dosage and do not make the carpet too wet. Too wet can easily cause mildew on the bottom layer and breed bacteria.
